Refund Policy

At ANTS0127, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund within 12 hours of placing it. Please send an email containing your order number to qq328230792@gmail.com.
After 12 hours, the order enters the processing stage and cannot be cancelled; however, you may request a return after receiving the item.

2. 30-Day Return and Refund

You may return unused items for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Conditions:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and free of defects or damage.
Original luxury gift boxes and packaging must be retained.
You must obtain Return Authorization from our customer service team.
Return Process:

Send an email to qq328230792@gmail.com within the 30-day window.
We will provide a return address and an RMA number within 24 hours.
Ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Please use a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for packages lost during the return process.
3. Refund Amount

We will inspect the returned item(s) within 3–5 business days of receipt.

The full purchase price will be refunded to your original payment account within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, a flat fee of $10 will be deducted to cover the initial shipping costs.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Non-refundable Situations

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

Return requests made more than 30 days after delivery
Items that have been used, washed, or damaged
Items returned without the original gift box
Promotional items or gift cards

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at qq328230792@gmail.com and send a photo within 48 hours.
We will provide a free replacement or a full refund (including shipping costs). You do not need to return the damaged item.

 6. Chargebacks and Disputes

Please contact us before filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank; we can resolve issues more quickly.
Chargebacks initiated without prior communication will incur a $20 dispute processing fee, and we may contest the claim by submitting proof of delivery.
